Chief Financial Officer
About this role
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you’ll play a key role in shaping Plenit’s financial strategy as we enter our next stage of growth, including our upcoming Series B fundraising. Your mission will be to build a robust financial roadmap that supports our rapid expansion across Europe and Latin America, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and strong financial performance.
You’ll lead the Finance and Legal teams, building and scaling a high-performing organization focused on efficiency, accountability, and strong governance. You’ll drive financial planning, reporting, compliance, and operational excellence, while implementing systems and processes that support a growing, international SaaS business.
Collaboration will be essential. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Executive Team, and Board, partnering with Product, Operations, and other key teams to align financial strategy with business priorities. You’ll also manage relationships with investors, auditors, and external advisors, playing a central role in fundraising, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements that are important for us
We are looking for a CFO with strong experience in SaaS or technology-driven companies, capable of leading financial strategy in a high-growth, venture-backed environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Relevant experience and expected outcomes:
Extensive experience in senior finance roles within SaaS or tech companies, with a proven track record scaling businesses from Series A to Series C+.
Leading fundraising processes (Series A–C), managing investor relations, due diligence, and capital planning.
Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics.
Experience managing finance operations, including reporting, tax strategy, compliance, and audits across multiple geographies.
Driving pricing strategy, capital allocation, and financial planning to support international expansion.

CRM and documentation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Notion), supporting reporting, forecasting, and investor management.
